Tiffany attended high school in Jonesboro, Georgia and graduated in 1998. After high school, she attended the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, majoring in engineering.

Upon graduation in August of 2003, Tiffany moved to Cambridge, Massachusetts to begin graduate school at Harvard University.
