Executive Round Table revolves around monthly dinner meetings. Each meeting begins with an informal social period allowing members and guests to mingle and become acquainted with one another. Members and guests are then seated to participate in an ice breaker activity and dinner is served.

After dinner a distinguished speaker gives a presentation on a topic of current significance that stimulates conversation in the "Round Table" environment.

Topics have ranged from controversial current events to tales of personal success and discovery in one's field. The speaker then gives members and guests time to discuss the topic of the evening at their table.

Finally, the speaker closes his presentation by posing a question to the group based on the topic of his speech. The tables then discuss the question and possible solutions among themselves and are offered the opportunity to present their results to the group.
